We only supply whole beans because coffee begins to oxidize and lose flavor within 15 minutes after being ground. By grinding your coffee fresh, you preserve its full aroma and taste. We recommend investing in a good grinder to ensure the best quality and freshness with every cup!

Gems takes a different approach by partnering with small-batch roasters who roast their beans within 7 to 10 days of delivery. This ensures every cup is as fresh, flavorful, and aromatic as possible.

We ship directly from our location in Fort Assiniboine, Alberta. We receive shipments from roasteries across Alberta, as well as select roasteries from around the world, and dispatch them to our customers or make them available for pick-up.
