Compatibility: Safe for electric and gas stoves. Not compatible with induction cooktops. Placing the kettle on rough or unclean surfaces, or normal daily use on cooking ranges, may result in wear to the bottom finish, which is considered normal and does not affect functionality. 

Cleaning: Not dishwasher safe. Wash with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.

Orders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details to follow your shipment. If there are any delays, we notify customers promptly after the order is placed.

Opened products are not eligible for return, but we can issue a refund with a 25% restocking fee if you’re unsatisfied for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or unmet expectations.
